Product description
Cold treatment and scope of applicable parts It is a treatment
method to immerse the parts in a low-temperature liquid nitrogen
tank for a certain period of time to reduce the deformation caused
by the temperature difference and the change of the metallographic
structure, thereby improving the sealing performance of the valve
at low temperatures.
For cryogenic valves below -100°C, the valve body, valve cover,
valve disc, valve seat, valve stem and other parts should be
cryogenically treated before finishing, that is, the parts are
immersed in a liquid nitrogen tank for cooling. When the
temperature of the parts reaches -196°C, start to keep it warm for
1-2h, and then take it out of the box and return to normal
temperature naturally.

process recording and remote monitoring functions.

liquid nitrogen function ,and completes the air tightness test of
low-temperature valve in the process of uniform,stable and rapid
cooling
