(LN 2) freezing.This is a very high-efficiency device.

DJL liquid nitrogen cabinet iqf freezer for durian is composed of three parts: food grade insulation stainless steel cabinet, specially designed cold air circulation system and liquid nitrogen injection system. The -196℃ liquid nitrogen is injected into the cold air circulation system to produce liquid nitrogen steam fog, the ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen steam fog is uniformly passed through the food carts and trays placed in the cabinet to rapidly freeze or cool the food.

The cabinet freezer uses liquid nitrogen (LIN) as the refrigerant, and the gas entering the quick freezer is adjusted by a calibrated solenoid valve to ensure that the cooling capacity is efficiently used.

1. How fast is DJL liquid nitrogen freezing technology?

DJL Reply: There will be differences according to the different thickness and the packaging and different freezing temperature of product, when extreme temperature is used, DJL liquid nitrogen fast freezing speed can freeze naked frozen food with a thickness of 5CM in 3 minutes at the fastest., However, it is more common to freeze naked-food which up to 10CM thick within 10-30 minutes, usually used temperature between -80℃ to -120℃, extreme use of liquid nitrogen immersion, the temperature can reach -196℃.

2. Do I need to go through any special procedures for refrigerant of DJL liquid nitrogen freezer?

DJL Reply: When liquid nitrogen storage tank is used, it shall be submitted for approval for filing, which can be generally handled by the liquid nitrogen supplier.
